Tasks:
We value for this role:
- Development of technical projects for serial and individual prefab houses
- Development of production drawings for CLT and WIGO INNOVA© prefab panels
- Graphical load planning
We value for this role:
- Good CAD experiences and delight with using CAD and BIM applications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or special timber CAD application(CADwork, SEMA, Renga)
- Curiosity and passion for the exploration of new
- Good technical and commercial common sense
- Solid time management
- Good English or Russian language skills
- Experience with timber constructions is an advantage
Tasks:
We value for this role:
- Preparation of construction estimates
- Preparation of cost estimates for certain types of wood-related construction and assembly works
- Determining the scope of construction works according to the submitted drawings
- Determining the quantity of materials and mechanisms used in construction works, compiling price requests

- Solid time management
- Good English or Russian language skills
- Experience in drawing up estimates is desirable

Tasks:
We value for this role:
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
- Scheduling customer meetings and conferences. Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisor
We value for this role:
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
- IT skills, including the ability to work with ASANA, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Telegram
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good technical and commercial common sense
- Solid time management
- Good English or Russian language skills
Office in Riga VEF and at the factory facility in Limbazi.
